Recruitment is by invitation only. Participation is voluntary and based on informed consent.


2. Participant Profiling & Information

We maintain core profiling information for participants, which may include:

  • Demographic information (e.g., age, gender, region)
  • Education and employment status
  • Household or lifestyle attributes where relevant

Profiling information is collected directly by DataNexa Research and/or supplied by approved third-party providers. Data is periodically reviewed and may be reconfirmed during survey participation.


3. Identity Verification & Fraud Prevention

To ensure participants are real, unique, and eligible, we apply:

  • Unique survey links or respondent IDs
  • IP address, device, and geo-location validation
  • Duplicate participation controls
  • Screening and consistency checks

Participants engaging in fraudulent or low-quality behavior may be excluded, quarantined, or blocked from future research.


4. In-Survey Quality Controls

We apply multiple controls to maintain data quality, including:

  • Attention and logic checks
  • Speed and completion-time monitoring
  • Detection of random, inconsistent, or straight-line responses
  • Monitoring of excessive item non-response

Responses failing quality thresholds are removed prior to data delivery.


5. Participant Health Monitoring

  • Recent participation frequency
  • Historical quality performance

These metrics are used to manage invitations, protect respondent experience, and ensure sample quality.


6. Incentives

7. Recontact & Recruit/Recall

Participants may be recontacted for follow-up research or recruit/recall studies only where consent has been providedand where permitted by the recruitment source.


8. Participant Rights

Participants may:

  • Decline or exit a survey at any time
  • Opt out of future research invitations
  • Request deletion or restriction of their data, subject to legal requirements

9. Data Collected

We may collect the following categories of data:
